Meryl Streep is looking to turn a handsome profit on her luxury penthouse she’s just listed for sale in one of New York City’s most sought after neighbourhoods.
The Oscar-winning actress, 69, has slapped an eye-watering price tag of $24.6 million for the four-bedroom Manhattan pad, which she purchased for $10.13 million back in 2006.
Her 3,944-square-foot abode is located in the River Lofts building in TriBeCa and boasts panoramic views of the bustling city, among a host of other luxury fixtures and fittings.

In December, the actress revealed that she hired an exorcist to banish any possible evil spirits from her director pal Steven Spielberg’s home, when they worked together on the 2001 movie A.I. Artificial Intelligence.
‘Most of the time we talked about how his property was haunted and did I know anybody who did exorcisms,’ she told the Hollywood Reporter. ‘And of course, I did. I got him a priest.’
