Meghan Markle looked every bit the style icon as she comforted husband Prince Harry following his loss at a polo match on Friday.
The devoted wife had been at the sidelines throughout the entire match, cheering on her husband as his team fought fiercely to win a place in their league final, with the close run battle sadly ending in defeat for the Royal.
Dressed down for the occasion, Meghan epitomised casual chic as she opted for a denim shirt tucked into a pair of denim shorts – the perfect combination for enjoying the summer heat.
Alongside the double denim combo, the mum-of-two also opted for a pair of grecian style leather sandals and a pair of oversized sunglasses to complete the look.
Fans at home wanting to recreate the exact look for themselves will need to shell out a pricey £121 for the shorts, which are made by celebrity favourite Doen, which boasts the likes of Emma Roberts and Nicky Hilton among its high profile fans.
The model, which is named ‘Lane’ features a high waist, patch pockets and creates a flattering silhouette thanks to its chic A-line cut.
During the match, Meghan could be seen animatedly cheering on her husband and his fellow players as they took on the Folded Hills team as they fought for a place in Sunday’s final.
Prince Harry, 37, recently joined the Los Padres polo team last month as Harry Wales, and has spent the last few weeks playing alongside his teammates as they hoped to claim victory from their rivals.
The team, which competes in the Pacific Coast Circuit Inter-Circuit Cup, was founded by Harry’s longtime friend Nacho Figueras, a professional polo player from Argentina who also works as a model.
The brunette also took some time to chat to Nacho’s wife, Delfina Blaquier, with the star also spotted hugging Nacho himself during intervals as she enjoyed the shade alongside Harry under an awning.
This isn’t the first time the two families have been brought together by polo, with Nacho himself sharing a sweet post on Instagram last month as he was reunited with his long time friend on the field.
He wrote: "Thrilled to be riding alongside my friend, Prince Harry, and the rest of the Los Padres team at the @santabarbarapoloclub's Harry East Memorial Tournament.
"We've ridden together many times over the years and now that we're both parents, it's extra special to be able to spend this time together.”
The pair, who first bonded over their shared interest in sport and charitable causes, have been friends now for over 13 years.
