Megan McKenna has made no secret of her love of lip fillers, but her latest TV appearance left fans stunned by her painfully swollen pout.
Appearing on I’m A Celeb’s Extra Camp, Megan was almost unrecognisable from her days as a fresh-faced hopeful auditioning for Britain’s Got Talent.
As her showbiz career has grown so have Megan’s pillow lips, with the star even making money off her enhanced features by becoming the face of her own range of lip glosses.
Although, 26-year-old Megan is adamant her pout is the only thing that’s she’s changed through cosmetic procedures.
"The only surgery I’ve had is my lips, I haven’t had anything in my bum – I don’t need to I’ve got a big bum! I take it as a compliment," she said.
She also insisted she was not a fan of the plastic fantastic look: ‘I like the whole natural vibe, ‘I don’t like the fake look.’

Megan bounded onto the reality TV scene as one half of energetic girl group Harmony on Britain’s Got Talent.
While she didn’t make it through to the finals, Megan made her mark with her teen pop getup and cute style.
In 2015 Megan had another stab at TV stardom, this time marketing herself as a feisty singleton on MTV’s Ex On The Beach.
Looking nothing every inch the glamour puss as she paraded around the villa, Megan wasn’t shy about admitting her new lip plumper habit, even tweeting the doctor who did it for her.
A year later Megan returned to our screens on Celebrity Big Brother and weeks before going on the show she revealed she was preparing for her new role – by ‘getting her lips done.’
The star filmed the very moment her lips were injected with fresh fillers and posted it to her Snapchat.
"I get half a tube to enhance my natural lip shape," she candidly revealed.
While Megan was clearly pleased with the results, some of her fans weren’t so sure.
"Your lips look like sausage rolls," one troll told her.
The same year Megan joined the plastic surgery-happy cast of TOWIE.
Despite her cosmetically enhanced co-stars, Megan insisted she was a natural beauty and only interested in plumping up her lips.
Denying endless reports she’d had a nose job, Megan told the MailOnline: "’I can say the only thing I’ve had done is my lips.
‘That’s a no to that. F*** off; I’d like a nose job though! It’s too big. When I take a selfie it always shows this bump."
In August 2018, a newly single Megan showed off some VERY plumped up lips after splitting from Love Island hunk Mike Thalassitis after seven months together.
In the wake of their break-up, Megan was pictured heading off to Ibiza for some downtime.
Although she had a vintage Von Dutch hat pulled over her head, there was no disguising her luscious pout.
While she was rumoured to be appearing in the jungle herself, Megan cropped up on this year’s I’m A Celeb’s Extra Camp looking very different yet again.
Megan was on hand to cast a critical eye over this year’s campmates but instead viewers found themselves distracted by her very full pout.
