New photographs have unveiled the stunning UK mansion that was once envisioned to be the ‘forever home’ of Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner.
The pictures, obtained by Page Six, showcase the £7.5million estate in Wallingford, Oxford, that the now estranged couple had dreamed of living in with their two daughters.
It’s understood the property was sought out by the Jonas Brothers member just three months before filing a divorce from the Game of Thrones actress in September this year.
Bordering a picturesque lake, it also hosts the ‘beautiful walled garden’ referred to in Jonas’ bombshell letter, released by Sophie amidst their bitter custody battle.
The actress claims this is irrefutable proof that she and her estranged husband Joe Jonas were planning a future together in England.

‘I have been completely charmed by the idea of dropping my children to school on the boat and being able to spend a leisurely afternoon cruising to the pub with friends on my very own boat,’ Jonas raved.
‘You have designed your home beautifully – I was incredibly inspired by the layout of the rooms and the energy of the house.
‘I couldn’t help but notice the musicality of the house and the fact it has a huge room ready to be my recording studio is amazing – there is nothing about the design we would want to change.’
The photographs come just as Sophie Turner is claiming she has irrefutable proof that she and estranged husband Joe Jonas were planning a future together in England with their two daughters.
In new court documents, filed earlier this week, the 27-year-old actress shared a letter, allegedly penned by her ex, to persuade a homeowner in Wallingford, Oxford to sell them their $9.1 million estate in Wallingford, Oxford.
‘When my wife and I decided we were going to spend more time in the UK and search for a permanent home, our daughter expressed three unwavering requirements: having chickens, a pony and a Wendy house,’ he enthusiastically told the seller.
Jonas, 34, added: ‘While many of the houses we viewed met this criteria, the moment we turned the corner and caught sight of the charming blue shutters adorning, we experienced a sense of magic unlike anything we had felt before.’
The dad-of-two added that father-in-law, Andrew Turner, ‘is an incredibly keen gardener’ that was ‘suitably impressed’ by the property’s vegetable garden.
As he imagined spending the rest of his life in England, the Grammy nominee said he and Turner could really ‘envision’ their kids ‘growing up here and making this our forever home.’
He concluded that his family would spend ‘many years’ paying ‘homage to the magic’ that the previous owner ‘created’.
The letter was well-received by the seller, who accepted the former couple’s offer and a 10 percent deposit of $914,130 on July 7, just two months before their split.
However, a source told Page Six on Friday that the sale on the Oxford house ‘never closed.’
The insider also said of Jonas’s letter: ‘Intention, expressed in a letter or otherwise, does not equal residency. Actions do. And so while the letter was inserted in the motion in order to pique the attention of reporters, it won’t actually be material to determine legal residency.’
The source added that Jonas, Turner, and their two children have never lived anywhere longer than six months, other than when they resided in Florida, where Jonas filed for divorce.
Shock split: The couple’s messy separation was thrust into the spotlight earlier this month when Jonas – who is currently on tour with the Jonas Brothers – filed for divorce in Miami, Florida (seen last month)
The couple, who had been married for four year and have a three-year-old name Willa, welcomed their second daughter, Delphine, in court papers, in July 2022
The update comes as DailyMail.com learned in new court filing that a judge ordered that the pair’s kids cannot be removed from the US until the court hearing on October 3.
The Games of Thrones has maintained that she and Jonas ‘agreed and committed to relocate to England’ last year, and moved out of their Miami home on March 10.
As they began to put down roots in England, Turner claims that their eldest ‘enrolled in a nursery full-time in England and Wales’ in the spring.
The pair ultimately sold their property in Florida for a whopping $15 million in August.
Their personal possessions and belongings were ‘shipped’ to the UK ‘between May 5 and July 31.’
Earlier this week, Turner and Jonas agreed to temporarily keep their children in New York, after she sued him to return their children’s passports to her.
The court agreement, filed on Monday and obtained by DailyMail.com, states that their daughters must remain in New York’s Southern or Eastern Districts – an area which covers New York City, the Hudson Valley and Long Island.
According to the filing, Sophie and Joe ‘have agreed to the entry of the attached proposed Interim Consent Order, without prejudice to either party’s claims and defenses, prohibiting the removal of the parties’ children from the jurisdictions… pending further order of this Court.’
The court order was filed to ‘protect the well-being of the (children) involved’, the document filed by Turner’s lawyer Stephen Cullen states.
But it is also to ‘prevent the (children’s) further removal or concealment before the final disposition of the petition’.

‘When my wife and I decided, we were going to spend more time in the UK and search for a permanent home, our (oldest) daughter expressed three unwavering requirements: having chickens, a pony and a Wendy house,’ Jonas allegedly said.
The father-of-two continued, ‘While many of the houses we viewed met this criteria, the moment we turned the corner and caught sight of the charming blue shutters adorning, we experienced a sense of magic unlike anything we had felt before.’
‘Stepping into your beautiful walled garden, we were greeted by the sight of your children enjoying a delightful picnic in the dappled shade of a tree accompanied by a macramé swing it was simply heavenly,’ he marveled.
Jonas added: ‘I have been completely charmed by the idea of dropping my children to school on the boat and being able to spend a leisurely afternoon cruising to the pub with friends on my very own boat. You have designed your home beautifully – I was incredibly inspired by the layout of the rooms and the energy of the house.’
‘I couldn’t help but notice the musicality of the house and the fact it has a huge room ready to be my recording studio is amazing – there is nothing about the design we would want to change. I really think Sophie and I will be able to look after and for many many years pay homage to the magic you have created,’ Joe wrote in the letter.
Jonas concluded the note, by mentioning that the property received a stamp of approval from Turner’s dad.
He stated, ‘My father in law is an incredibly keen gardener, an he was suitable impressed by your vegetable garden too, a very important sign off.’
