Antonia Kidman is back to her exercise routine after the Christmas holidays.
The 49-year-old journalist, who is the sister of Hollywood actress Nicole, revealed her very lean figure while out in Sydney on Thursday.
Dressed in a grey tank top and floral shorts, the makeup free star picked up several bread rolls after what looked to be a gruelling workout.

Antonia completed her look with pink Nike trainers, and draped a white towel around her shoulders.
The TV presenter carried her belongings in a large weekender bag, and emerged from a local bakery with a bag of fresh bread rolls in hand.
Showing off beads of sweat after her post-Christmas gym session, Antonia secured her locks into a casual style and went makeup free.
The mother-of-six, who is married to businessman Craig Marran, spoke about how she balances her media career with parenthood in May last year.

Antonia told The Daily Telegraph’s Stellar magazine that she takes care of most of the domestic tasks.
‘During the week, I take care of the home and domestic tasks and he [Craig] works for us outside of the home,’ she said.
She added: ‘We both value what the other person does and we each prefer the roles that we have.
‘We see each other as part of a team and we make our decisions based on that.’

Antonia welcomed four children with her late ex-husband Angus Hawley, who she was married to until 2007, and shares two with current husband Craig.
Angus died of a heart attack in 2015.
Starting her career in journalism at Channel Nine, Antonia later moved to Foxtel where she presented a number of lifestyle programs.
After completing her postgraduate law degree in May, she began interning at two different law firms in Sydney and Singapore.
Antonia enjoys a close relationship with her sister Nicole, 52, an Oscar-winning Hollywood star who is married to Keith Urban.
