They’ve seen their relationship go from strength to strength since being named winners of Love Island 2019 a week ago.

And Amber Gill was treated to a birthday to remember by Greg O’Shea on Monday, a day after turning 22 as the cast of season five attended the show reunion and wrap party at Elstree Studios in north London.

The Newcastle-based beautician, 22, looked delighted as the handsome Irish trainee solicitor, 24, presented her with an ornately-decorated cake, as well as flowers, a balloon and various gifts, as the couple said goodbye to their co-stars while leaving their hotel.

Following a night of partying, the beauty technician looked radiant as she displayed her make-up free complexion, while her curly tresses were swept away from her face and into a tousled bun.

Meanwhile, Amber’s hunky beau Greg cut an equally low-key figure as he donned a light grey ensemble, featuring a plain T-shirt and matching shorts.

The rugby player looked every inch the doting boyfriend as he carried Amber’s lavish gifts into the vehicle as they bid adieu to their co-stars.

‘I might move to Ireland!’ Amber pipped up.

Originally, Caroline asked: ‘It’s been a busy week for you both have you spent much time alone?’

Greg replied: ‘Not really we kind of went on separate shopping trips and that was about it. Our parents have been around the whole time so we have gotten to know them a whole lot better and had a few drinks so it’s been lovely.’

Caroline went on to ask: ‘You live in different countries what is your plan?’

Greg said: ‘We do live in different countries. We kind of had a little chat about that earlier. It’s a lot easier than it seems. There are flights every day and all day and they’re cheap.

‘She still has to come over to Ireland. I haven’t been home yet. I really want to bring her to Limerick, it’s nothing like Newcastle but I can’t wait to bring her there.’

New lovebirds Greg and Amber beat boxer Tommy Fury and social media influencer Molly-Mae Hague to the crown and the £50,000 prize fund.

Amber said: ‘I don’t know how we’ve done it. It’s wild. It’s been a rollercoaster of emotion. Absolutely mad. I had that period of time that was just awful and I thought it was over for [me] then. Then [Greg] came in.’
