Ups and downs: Lori Loughlin’s eldest daughter Bella Giannulli celebrated her 21st birthday on Tuesday. Her milestone comes amid tough times for mom, who is currently facing charges from her involvement with the notorious college admissions scandal

While it’s sure her mom was celebrating along with her eldest offspring, she kept her remarks offline.
Lori’s been laying low since she plead not guilty to charges stemming from the alleged $500k she and husband Mossimo Giannulli paid to secure college spots for their daughters Olivia, who is 19, and Bella.

While it is hard to believe the post’s disappearance had nothing to do with actress Felicity Huffman’s recent sentencing in her case, no exact reason for the delete was given.
It’s certain that the Hallmark favorite has been trying to augur her legal outcome after Huffman’s case.
Though the wife of William H. Macy received just two weeks in prison for paying $15k to inflate her daughter’s SAT scores, Loughlin is alleged to have paid $500k to fraudulently have her daughters admitted to the University of Southern California by claiming membership on the crew team.

Lori is next set to appear in court on October 2 for a ‘status conference.’
Last week Huffman was sentenced to 14 days in federal prison following the actress’ guilty plea for her involvement in the Varsity Blues college admissions debacle.
The Desperate Housewives actress was full of contrition after of her sentencing, issuing a written statement which said: ‘I accept the court’s decision today without reservation’.
