And on Monday, Lizzie Cundy, 51, displayed her in abs in a sports bra as she took to Instagram following a 5k run in aid of the NHS.
The presenter also shared a black-and-white throwback snap of herself aged 20, for the viral #MeAt20Challenge which is taking over social media.

Lizzie revealed that she’d completed the 5K for the NHS run before nominating pals including Anthea Turner, Christine McGuinness and Alex Hollywood to give it a go.
