Lionel Messi has made a huge real estate purchase in Miami!
The 33-year-old soccer player is one of the biggest sports stars in the world and he’s the captain for FC Barcelona and Argentina’s national team.
It was just reported that Messi purchased the entire ninth floor of a luxury apartment building in Sunny Isles Beach. The Real Deal reports that he paid $7.3 million for the luxury condo.
Messi definitely has the money for the purchase as he was ranked the third highest-paid athlete in the world in 2020 with a salary of $104 million.
The apartment will be 5,515-square-feet with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and an additional 2,100 square feet of terrace space. The building has six pools, a spa, a fitness center, and more.
