And Lauren Goodger appeared true to her word as she found another way to maintain her youthful appearance, with the star getting a non-surgical procedure called Profhilo on Friday.
Taking to Instagram, the former TOWIE star, 33, shared a video of herself getting injected in the face with a needle as she pouted up a storm for the camera.

Looking happy and relaxed during her day of pampering at Essex Cosmetics, Lauren pouted her luscious lips as an expert worked on her face.
The brunette beauty barely flinched as a needle was injected into her jaw and chin, with the staff member seen wiping away droplets of blood.
Following her procedure, Lauren later took to Instagram stories to gush about what she had done, with the star insisting that she didn’t have botox or filler.
She said: ‘So I’ve just had my second round of Profhilo, it’s not a botox and it’s not a filler.

‘It literally keeps your skin looking younger, it stops and lines and wrinkles and I absolutely love it!’
Essex Cosmetic’s website describes the procedure as: ‘an exclusive skin remodelling treatment designed for individuals with ageing skin that is lacking volume and elasticity. By stimulating the production of collagen and elastin through the slow release of Hyaluronic Acid (HA).’
It adds that Profhilo, which is marketed as ‘injectable moisturiser’, significantly ‘improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and helps to increase hydration and firmness across the face.’
Since being propelled to the spotlight on the ITVBe show in 2010, Lauren openly admitted to undergoing a nose job, boob job, liposuction to rid her of ‘lumps and bumps’ and fillers in the past.

In March, Lauren vowed never to get facials fillers again after claiming jaw fillers left her looking like Jim Carrey’s 1994 character The Mask, shortly before in June she insisted she was off the fillers having had her face drained.
Speaking about how she felt the fillers made her look like Carrey’s square-jawed wacky character, she wrote in her New! magazine column: ‘I don’t have it like everyone else does, I have it done once or twice a year.
‘I had the filler in my jaw, at first I thought: “Wow!” but when I got papped – I’m not joking – I looked like The Mask.
‘Five days later I got it dissolved, I’d never get filler in my face again.’

In June, she Lauren told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby during an appearance on This Morning: ‘I don’t have surgery on my face, I enhance my face with make-up. I see pictures of me and think I look different all the time. So I completely agree with you.
‘I had my boobs done, because I think my body had changed quite a lot, so I lost a bit of volume and had that done – I don’t actually like looking false, I don’t like surgery. We all have little bits done here and there.’
Meanwhile, Lauren recently came under fire from fans who urged her to quit the lip fillers after she displayed a very plump pout.
Last month she shared a pouting snap on Instagram and Twitter with the caption: ‘They fall in love before they know my name’, however the post did not receive the desired attention as some users criticised her lips.
Devoted followers on the star, who claimed in June that she has not had fillers in two years, urged her to stay away from lip fillers, however others lavished praise on the star and insisted she was ‘stunning and a lovely girl’.
Concerned Instagram users flooded the snap, writing: ‘For the love of everything holy, stop with the lip fillers… Oh my God Lauren what did you do to your beautiful lips?…

Leaping to her defense however were other followers, who penned: ‘You look stunning, it’s really sad and disheartening to see the awful comments you get…
‘No ones perfect and the people writing these comments must think they are, how about lead with love?’… I think you look beautiful xx… You actually are a very lovely person so the looks doesnt really matter anyway but the fillers are big girl…
‘What do people actually get out of trying to bring people down? Disgusting that every single reply on here is critical, regardless of what anyone thinks about her unless your opinion is nice then keep it to yourself! Basic manners cost nothing!’
