A Place In The Sun presenter Laura Hamilton said she sought help from Jasmine Harman after “falling off the bandwagon” due to being busy with other things including her new home. The 40-year-old property expert took to her Instagram page to give fans an update on her progress.
“I’ve been very inspired watching Jas’ stories about her health kick,” she began.
“So, I ran 5k in just over 35 minutes which is not great but it was OK.
“And, I just spent a lovely afternoon with Jas.”
Laura went on to say the pair treated themselves to a spa day where they had a “good old catch up”.
“I just went to say thank you to her because she’s a lovely work colleague and friend, so thanks Jas.”
Despite her worries, Laura recently showcased her incredible physique during a holiday with her two children.
The property expert stunned in a white bikini as she relaxed in the sun on a boat.
Just moments after posting, she was inundated with compliments from many of her 161,000 followers.
Kayto68 commented: “Looking fantastic.”
Dave2783 added: “Laura you are absolutely gorgeous.”
Newyork_1964 typed: “It all looks amazing, you look stunning.”
She told her fans: “I’ve had the opportunity this week (whilst working) to see a lot of Zante and although I wasn’t a big fan of the main strip in Laganas, there are some incredible coves and beaches only accessible by boat in other areas on the island.
