The dress was teamed with sheer polka dot tights and stiletto heels.
The Spinning Around hitmaker wore her blonde tresses in soft waves while a radiant palette of make-up enhanced her youthful features.
Kylie looked delighted as she stepped out in the wake of her latest chart triumph, which made her the first female artist to score a number one on the UK’s Official Album Chart in five consecutive decades.
The outing comes as Kylie sweetly discussed her relationship with boyfriend Paul Solomons.
The singer gushed that her partner, 46, who is the creative director of British GQ, is ‘so nice’ and that they met at the ‘right time’ after being linked since 2018.

Kylie also sweetly revealed that Paul has even charmed her 100-year-old grandma after making a ‘special effort’ when he first met her in Australia last year.
Talking on Tuesday’s Lorraine, the Can’t Get You Out of My Head hitmaker, who wowed in a black chiffon mini dress, said of Paul: ‘He is so nice. He is probably not watching, I am sure he is at work…
‘He is such a good support. We have a laugh. We have both been through enough in our lives and just met at the right time, so it’s lovely.’
To which host Lorraine Kelly asked if they would be getting married anytime soon with a blushing Kylie exclaiming: ‘Lorraine!’
The singer went on to reveal how Paul has charmed her entire family, including her 100-year-old grandma, after learning Welsh sayings to impress her

She said: ‘She turned 100 last December and Paul did come to Australia for that. I think he flew in the day before so he was absolutely sideways with jetlag. It was like Meet The Parents times 100…
‘He did charm them all and he actually made a special effort. He might kill me for saying this but he would look up some Welsh sayings and just go to Google and hear how to say tiny Welsh phrases. My granny absolutely loved it.’
Elsewhere during the interview, Kylie revealed that she has regular check-ups after beating breast cancer in 2005 when she was aged just 36.
The Australian singer urged viewers to be ‘vigilant’ and to get in touch with their doctors if they have any ‘concerns’.
She said: ‘I am on top of all of that. Every time it comes round to check ups, it brings it all back home again. One just has to be vigilant and I urge anyone out there who has any concerns to get in touch with their doctor.

‘I know some people are afraid right now but you must do it. The stories I heard back then and even now, it’s so heartwarming and reassuring.’
Kylie added that she needed to be reminded of those stories when she was undergoing treatment and it was ‘reassuring’.
She said: ‘I needed those stories when I wasn’t well, I needed to have people to look up to and to give me reassurance. The fact that I can do that is beautiful and turn an awful situation… to be able to do something good.’
The singer topped the album charts on Friday with her brand new album, DISCO, beating Little Mix’s Confetti to the top spot and in doing so made chart history.
DISCO also marks the biggest opening week of 2020 so far in the UK, with 55,000 chart sales.

Talking about the success on Lorraine, she said: ‘It’s unbelievable, so thanks to everyone. I still get to do what I love doing and what I feel challenged by. It’s fantastic.’
Yet despite having a successful November, Kylie joked that her first lockdown earlier this year was not as productive.
She quipped: ‘I can tell you I achieved a sum total of zero of things I thought were on my list – organising drawers and that kind of thing. I became a pseudo gardner but I can tell you I was no Monty Don.
‘It was really helpful those early days of lockdown, when the weather was beautiful but nothing else seemed beautiful, to go out into the garden and watch growth and life in the quiet out there which was very comforting.
‘But I did get my album done, that is my greatest achievement, and staying more or less above the line emotionally.’
She added that she also enjoyed snacking, she joked: ‘That’s the other thing I did a lot of. I was like, ”Why I am in the fridge again? You are not hungry! Will a snack make me feel better? Maybe…”’
Kylie first hinted she had found love with boyfriend Paul when the pair locked lips at her 50th birthday party at London’s Chiltern Firehouse in May 2018.
She split from her former fiancé Joshua Sasse, 31, in 2017, when he was allegedly unfaithful.
She told Red magazine soon after: ‘I don’t think marriage is for me.’
