Stewart took to the stage during the ceremony to present one of the night’s prestigious honors to the producing team behind the critically-acclaimed film CODA.

Despite competing against the likes of Steven Spielberg’s West Side Story remake and the critically lauded Netflix feature The Power Of The Dog, it was CODA who came out on top.
The drama-musical film’s producers Daniel Durant, Marlee Matlin, Troy Kotsur, Sian Heder, guest, Fabrice Gianfermi, Philippe Rousselet and Patrick Wachsberger eagerly stormed the stage to accept the coveted award from Stewart.

The annual ceremony highlights the work of producers in the movie, television and new media making processes.
Last year, the movie Nomadland won the show’s marquee PGA Award prior to its win for Best Motion Picture of the Year at the Oscars
Among those slated to be honored at Saturday’s proceedings included Mary Parent for the David O. Selznick Award, Issa Rae for the Visionary Award, Rita Moreno for the Stanley Kramer Award, George Lucas and Kathleen Kennedy for the Milestone Award and Greg Berlanti for the Norman Lear Award.
