But Kris Jenner took time out from her hectic schedule to enjoy a boat trip with pals and her boyfriend Corey Gamble, 38, in Portofino on Sunday.
The matriarch, 63, was spotted living it up as, with a drink in hand, she raised a glass to toast the group as the boat prepared to set sail along the Italian Riviera coastline.

Kris cut a chic figure for the sea cruise as she slipped into a black bardot dress which she complemented with a black ribbon straw hat.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star accessorised her sophisticated look with gold hoop earrings and donned a pair of her signature black aviators.
Kris appeared in high spirits as she watched Corey, who looked dapper in a mint green shirt, put on an animated display as he welcomed their friends onto the boat.

Earlier in the day, the couple headed on a shopping trip, where Kris picked up lots of glamorous clothes to try on.
Jenner has been in a relationship with tour manager Corey since 2014 and the couple appear stronger than ever.
But during their four year romance, the pair have split several times with their latest split being in 2017 when Kris told Corey ‘she was getting sidetracked with this relationship and that she needed to put her family before her own needs and wants’.

Kris’ Italy trip comes after she gushed about how proud she was on her daughter Khloe, 35, for her fitness transformation after the birth of True in a new Revenge Body preview.
Khloe spoke about how she was 203 pounds when she gave birth to daughter True Thompson, one, in April 2018.
She continued to explain as she taped the show and was working out simultaneously and trying to get her pre-baby body back, she felt as though she was going through her own revenge body journey.
And Kris couldn’t appear prouder of her third eldest daughter, saying she was ‘proud’ of how far she’d come.
‘I think they’re lucky to have you and they’re going to learn something along the way.’
She continued: ‘I love you and I’m so proud of you.’
Meanwhile, Kris says her relationship with her youngest daughter Kylie ‘changes every few years’.

The reality star matriarch revealed she is ‘always’ there for Kylie – who gave birth to her own daughter Stormi 17 months ago – as their friendship constantly evolves, she told the July/August issue of Harper’s Bazaar Arabia.
And Kylie, 21, admitted becoming a mother herself made her ‘appreciate all the things’ her own mum has done for her over the years, and given her a greater understanding of how it feels to be a parent: ‘When I became a mother, my perspective on life completely changed, and so did how I look at my own mom and appreciate all the things that she’s done for me.
‘Now I can understand the way that she feels about me, the way that she loves me, and how strong her love is for all her kids, because of how obsessed I am with Stormi.’
