Inside the annual Kardashian-West-Jenner Christmas bash hosted at Kourtney’s $8.5M Calabasas mansion
For the first time ever, Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian had the honor of hosting her family’s annual Christmas party in Calabasas on Tuesday night.
Guests gathered at the 40-year-old reality star’s $8.5M six-bedroom 12K-square-foot mansion inside the gated community, Estates at the Oaks, were greeted by rows of poinsettia plants.
In Kourtney’s foyer, there was a large Christmas tree decorated with white lights hung upside down with roots reaching to the high ceiling.

Kardashian hired actresses dressed as Nutcracker-style toy soldiers for family and friends to pose in front of, like her seven-year-old daughter Penelope and DJ gal pal Simi Khadra.
‘Kourtney is throwing the Christmas party. How beautiful. This is so beautiful!’ her sister Kim Kardashian West gushed via Instastory.

The Poosh founder enlisted traditional Christmas carolers to serenade partygoers and put them in a merry mood in the massive tent she pitched on her property.

The single mother-of-three had an actor play the party’s Elf on a Shelf perched atop a sled beside one of the man decorated trees.
‘It’s our annual party that we’ve had since literally I was one year old,’ 39-year-old Kim said before introducing her husband Kanye West’s Sunday Service choir.
‘So I’m so grateful that we are now still doing it and we have all of our same family and friends here to be with us.’
The choir belted and harmonized to Christmas chestnuts like Gloria in excelsis Deo and The Christmas Song.
