Kourtney Kardashian flaunts her toned figure in a black bikini as she reveals how she got to be in the ‘best shape of my life’ after her three pregnancies
She is holidaying in Turks and Caicos with her family.
And Kourtney Kardashian put on a sizzling display on Instagram on Monday as she shared a bikini-clad snap on the beach.
It comes after the reality star, 41, talked about how she is in the best shape of her life after giving birth to Mason, 11, Penelope, 8, and Reign, six.

In the snap Kourtney flaunted her washboard abs and ample cleavage in a wet-look thong bikini.
She donned a black baseball cap and sunglasses and let her wet raven hair fall down her shoulders.
Also on Instagram Kourtney shared a link to her website Poosh for an article she had written on how she managed to lose the 40 pounds she gained from her three pregnancies.

The reality star said she was in the ‘best shape of my life’ four months after the birth of her youngest son, Reign, after developing a love for fitness.
Kourtney revealed: ‘How I worked on my body after each pregnancy has changed over the years, I wasn’t into intense workouts when I got pregnant with Mason, and I wasn’t using a trainer at the time.’
The television personality said she would instead do three mile runs and uphill walks with Mason in a pram.
Kourtney added she breastfed Mason for 16 months, which contributed to her weight loss.

She continued: ‘I was still doing mellow workouts and a lot of yoga after Penelope even mommy-baby yoga together, but it was harder to get my body back.’
Kourtney said after two years, she felt ‘really ready to be in the best shape I could be in and started getting into intense workouts’.
After finding a trainer and doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts, Kourtney said she found out she was pregnant with Reign, so swapped HIIT for dance cardio and workouts on the treadmill.
The reality star said: ‘I couldn’t wait to get back on my high-intensity schedule after the pregnancy, and it felt so good to jump back into it- especially because I was going through the breakup with Scott, I found that these workouts helped crush my anxiety.’
After Reign’s birth, Kourtney slowly began to get back to her HIIT workouts which led her to ‘feel this desire to be in the best shape of my life’.
Kourtney added to ‘listen to your body’ and that society’s standards of getting your body back.
