‘The whole day is chaotic but I’m very micro-managed so I get up at 5:40, in the gym by six,’ she told host Michael Strahan.

‘They wake up at seven, I get them up at 7:05. Breakfast at 7:30, out the door by 7:55. It’s super micromanaged.’

The reality star, who recently completed the first year of her law degree, also reflected on her decision to successfully lobby President Donald Trump for the early release of Alice Johnson.

Backstage phew: Kim posed for a sultry snap as she prepared for her appearance on the show

‘I think what drew me to Ms. Alice Johnson was just knowing that a decision she made tore part her whole family,’ Kim explained.

‘She has so many brothers and sisters and kids and grand-kids, so I really put myself in her situation, thinking “well what would I have done if I had to feed my children?”

‘Knowing that a bad choice changed her whole life really made me feel for her and understand her.’

The brand has already been a huge hit online, with most of the designs selling out within minutes of going on sale – making the reality star a reported $2 million in sales in less than hour.

And Kim admitted she was encouraged to launch the brand after struggling to find adequate shape-wear in her youth.

Delighted: ‘I’m so happy that everyone loves it because it’s my baby, I put so much into it,’ she said of her new business venture

‘I would always cut up my own shape wear,’ she said. ‘I would dye them in a sink and put tea bags and coffee bags to make them a darker skin tone. So If I couldn’t find shape wear to match my skin tone what is my daughter gonna find when she grows up and needs shape wear? ‘

She added: ‘I wanted to make a variety of a shape range that I didn’t feel was out there on the marketplace, and I’ve always worn shape wear so I just wanted to modernize it and make it a little bit more comfortable and durable.
