Kim Kardashian poses with inmate Momolu Stewart at DC jail… as she films upcoming documentary called The Justice Project
She is passionate about prison reform.
And earlier this week, Kim Kardashian visited the District Of Columbia Correctional Treatment Facility to meet with Momolu Stewart.
Momolu, who is currently in prison for first-degree murder charges, shared a picture to his Instagram on Wednesday posing alongside Kim, 38.
Kim was shooting a documentary for Oxygen – called the Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project, according to a network spokesperson.

He captioned the image: ‘Making power moves from the inside with my sister @kimkardashian. My next move is even bigger, and I’m thinking five steps ahead.’
Kim posed alongside him in a black top and joggers with a smile on her face.
Momolu was imprisoned at the age of 17 for first degree murder charges and was convicted; he appealed but was not acquitted, according to People.
He was featured in a scene in the 1998 film Slam while freestyle rapping with the character Ray, played by Saul Williams.

Kim was at the DC jail to film for her upcoming documentary for Oxygen, which will be titled: Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project.
It is unknown when the documentary will premiere on TV; The project will be executively produced by Kim with Bunim Murray Productions with Gil Goldschein, Julie Pizzi and Farnaz Farjam serving as executive producers.
Kim was seen speaking to inmates at the DC jail – as seen on the DC Department of Corrections Twitter page.
They posted four pictures of Kim speaking and meeting with the inmates, adding: ‘Thank you @KimKardashian for visiting the Correctional Treatment Facility to discuss the Georgetown Prison Scholars program as well as criminal justice reform. We certainly appreciate you sharing and engaging with us!’

She talked about the Georgetown Prison Scholars Program, which is a higher education initiative at the jail.
Kim has been on the forefront of prison reform – since she was able to get President Donald Trump to commute the life sentence of nonviolent drug offender Alice Marie Johnson in June 2018.
Alice had already served 21 years of her life sentence when she was released; she was convicted on charges of attempted possession of cocaine and conspiracy to possess cocaine.
Her sentence was commuted by Trump one week after Kim spoke to him about her in the Oval Office at the White House.
She is working on freeing Kevin Keith, a convicted murderer and also rapper A$AP Rocky, who is in prison in Sweden over a street fight.
She lobbied the White House for help in getting the rapper released.
The mother of four plans on becoming a lawyer; she is in the middle of a four-year apprenticeship with a San Francisco law firm and will be taking the California Bar exam in 2022.
