Khloe Kardashian is accused of lying about wearing fur

‘You’re spreading vile hate’: Khloe Kardashian furiously denies she is wearing real fur… but is CAUGHT OUT by the designer of her outfit

Khloe Kardashian has been accused of lying about wearing fur.

The reality star, 35, was labelled a hypocrite after she claimed the world needs to ‘wake up’ and ‘save the animals’ following the devastation of the Australian bushfires.

A fan immediately shared a post of Khloe’s Halloween costume – in which she had dressed as Cruella De Vil – claiming that the star was already killing animals with her choice to wear fur.

Faux? Khloe Kardashian has been accused of lying about wearing fur after the designer of her Halloween costume claimed to have used fox and mink to make her ensemble

They penned: ”Oh my God, 500 million animals have died!” Which is what, a few less than for your fur coats and accessories, @khloekardashian?

‘So sad when animals die during fire, much better when they’re anally and vaginally electrocuted and they’re skin is ripped off their bodies (sometimes even when their conscious!) for nothing other than your vanity!’

Khloe saw the post and denied that she had been wearing real fur in a comment that has since been deleted.

Back on her word? Khloe has previously been a vocal campaigner for the use of faux fur over real and previously worked on a campaign with PETA

She insisted: ‘I am wearing a Halloween costume. It’s not real fur. But keep spreading your vile hate instead of focusing on real issues.

‘Why must people assume and attack so quickly? You have some clear frustrations darling and they are completely misdirected. My advice to you would be, don’t attack people in general.

‘But if you choose to waste your energy on attacking a complete stranger then at least know all of your information prior. Happy 2020.’

However, fans quickly dredged up a post shared last month by the designer of Khloe’s outfit, who claimed that fox and mink fur had been used in the ensemble.

In a post shared on November 1, an account named Daniel’s Leather shared a picture captioned: ‘@khloekardashian came to me with this vision i knew it will not be an easy task but i am so glad that the final product came out perfect .

‘Also wanna thank@janellermiller for her help in this imp project . I am so proud Of the fact that anytime it’s a huge project people always approach daniels leather . [sic]’.

They added the hashtags: ‘#shearlingcoat #shearlingjacket #sheepskinjacket #shearlingvest #furparka #foxponcho #furcollar #FoxCollar #Motojacket #KidsShearling #Fox#Mink #Sheep #kidsmoto #shearlingcoats #coatgoat #kidsleatherjacket #kingoforchardstreet #furparka #furrierofthestars #furrierofthecelebrities #celebritystylist #cashmerecoat’.

MailOnline has contacted Khloe’s representatives for comment.

Khloe famously took part in animal rights charity PETA’s I’d rather go naked campaign back in 2008, posing nude to promote not wearing fur.

However, four years later, she cut ties with the organisation after they targeted her sister Kim, yet insisted she still wouldn’t go back to wearing fur.

In 2012, Kim was pelted with a flour bomb on the red carpet, with the culprit later identified as one of PETA’s most influential members.

Khloe then issued a statement that read: ‘Hi dolls. I’m sure you all heard what happened to Kim last week (thank you SO much for the love and support you all showed her), and I just received word that the woman responsible has very close ties to PETA, despite PETA publicly stating otherwise.

‘Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior. I’ve been a vocal supporter of PETA for a long time but I have also been very vocal about anti-bullying, so this was a huge disappointment for me.

‘As you all know, I don’t condone violence and bullying and what happened last Thursday was just that. I am absolutely disgusted by their behavior. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and opinions — I personally don’t wear fur but that doesn’t mean I am going to force my views on anyone else, ESPECIALLY by violating them.

‘I am a very proud sister right now, because Kim handled last week’s incident like a champ. She got cleaned up and was back out there in a matter of minutes. Go Kimmie!

‘We all need to practice what we preach. I will still continue to NOT wear fur, but I will no longer support PETA. Bullying and harassment is NEVER a solution, and I won’t be a part of any organization that thinks otherwise.’

Khloe stayed true to her word about supporting the use of faux fur, however, stepping out in a coat that made a very bold statement back in 2014.

The star turned heads when she stepped out in a faux fur jacket by JoyceXBsable (designer Joyce Bonelli), that boasted the message ‘FXCK YO FUR’ written in red paint.

Posting a video of herself on her Keek page, Khloe wrote: ‘F*** Yo Fur!!! Fake fur all day people!’
