Khloe Kardashian flaunts her figure as she reveals she feels ‘shot down’ when criticized on Instagram: ‘Sometimes I let that stuff get to me’

Khloe Kardashian looked in top shape for her new magazine photo shoot.

But the beauty, 37,  said that sometimes negative remarks on Instagram bring her down. If she sees a harsh remark about her figure, she said her ‘demeanor will be shot down,’ even if she tries to not let it affect her.

‘Normally when you’re older you turn into titanium. Sometimes I let that stuff get to me, and I have to actively drown that noise out,’ the Keeping Up With The Kardashians vet told Health magazine.

Fame can hurt: Khloe Kardashian looked in top shape for her new magazine photo shoot. But the beauty, 37, said that sometimes negative remarks on Instagram bring her down. If she sees a harsh remark about her figure, she said her ‘demeanor will be shot down,’ even if she tries to not let it affect her 

If she doesn’t feel confident, she struggles.

‘It’s all about mind, body and soul. If I am not mentally strong then I physically feel like I can’t do what I want to do,’ she shared.

‘So it is really not about physical appearance. That’s a by-product. You can tell when someone is genuinely happy from the inside out.’ 

And the reality TV star said her path to health has been through working out in a gym. 

‘When I started working out, I decided to make some lifestyle changes’ as she says she also focused on cutting one thing out each week before moving on to cutting out things for the month,’ she told Health magazine.

Each time she did that, she would focus on trying to incorporated another healthy change into her life.

While she was going through her divorce from Lamar Odom, the stunner turned her focus to the gym and also working on her self-care to recharge herself.

She also opened up about her relationship with her body and food. 

Khloe told the magazine she used to be an emotional eater, reaching for food when she was feeling sad.

The star posed with her adorable daughter True, three, for one image, as the duo twinned in a white top and denim.  

Khloe flaunted her toned midsection for the cover of the magazine, rocking a sports bra, crop top and high-waisted spandex shorts.

She has to keep her mood elevated: If she doesn’t feel confident, she struggles. ‘It’s all about mind, body and soul. If I am not mentally strong then I physically feel like I can’t do what I want to do,’ she shared 

Another image showed Khloe in a white bra top and matching underwear, highlighting her gym honed body. 

The mother of one said to the magazine, when asked about if she had a positive relationship with food: ‘I’ve actually always had a really unhealthy relationship with food. When I was younger and was sad, I would eat – I was an emotional eater.’

Adding that she ‘hated the way’ she felt afterwards.

‘I was almost punishing myself for binging or having a bag of chips – it just became so much thought,’ Khloe said.

The star said she’s tried every diet under the sun and ‘yo-yoed my entire life,’ and ‘always chasing some fad.’

Khloe said she tried the lemon juice and cayenne pepper diet trend after Beyonce did it but realized that she needed to made bigger changes – including going to the gym regularly.

Khloe gushed about True’s relationship with her cousins and how close they are.

Family is something very important to Khloe – as it is for all Kardashian/Jenner members.

On what it means to her: ‘No matter what, you support one another. You’re allowed to argue and disagree. I could never imagine not speaking to of my sisters.’

While their fights – which sometimes turn physical – has been widely seen on  Keeping Up With The Kardashians – they always resolves their issues.

On making sure all the cousins get along: ‘I don’t care if they disagree – that’s inevitable. And of course I want them to talk through their feelings and feel validated. But there’s just no option for us to be separated and not talk to one another.’
