Kelly Cutrone sets up global meditation to aid coronavirus anxiety

At last, Kelly Cutrone is stepping in to help manage the fallout from the coronavirus.

The famed publicist and witch tells Page Six that she’s setting up twice-daily meditation sessions to help people deal with their anxiety over the pandemic.

“I know for sure on an occult level that wherever there is fear and agitation, there is an increase in disease, violence, accidents, self-harm, and impulsive rash decision making processes,” she told us. “I am not saying that this virus is not real or a joke, what I am saying is that we are in control of our response to it. We are in control of our entire being.”

The sessions will be held at 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. EST, which she’s hoping will be the optimal time for people around the world to join in.

When we asked if the sessions will be online, Cutrone told us, “No, you just have to close your eyes.”

“The only thing needed for these meditations is a good heart and the intention to subside the panic and replace it with a widening calm and robust love of life and compassion for ourselves and others,” she said.

She provided us with these suggestions for taking part:

Sit with your feet apart or on the floor with your legs extended or crossed

Make yourself comfortable

Close your eyes

Surround yourself in a sphere of white light. Feel free to add in amethyst, pink, soft blue, or green

Imagine the whole world happy, calm, and prosperous

Radiate love for yourself, family, friends, colleagues, and the entire world

Know that you are love and peace

“See you in the Ether,” she added.
