Katy's Nightmare: Judge Orders Pages Of Perry's Secret Testimony Unsealed In Kesha Sex Assault Case

After Katy Perry‘s attorneys fought to keep her secret testimony in fellow singer Kesha‘s sex assault case sealed, a judge has ordered portions of the deposition to be opened to the public, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

According to New York court records obtained by Radar, “pages 1-4 of the transcript shall be unsealed in their entirety,” Judge Jennifer G. Schecter wrote in the new filing.

Fortunately for Perry, otherwise known as Katheryn Hudson, the remainder of the transcript will remain under seal.

The order is “without prejudice” — meaning Kesha or the defendant, music producer Dr. Luke, can request to unseal the testimony at any time.

“No presumption shall arise from this Order that the Transcript shall remain under seal or shall not remain under seal at the summary-judgement or trial stage of this case,” the judge continued.

In addition, portions of Lady Gaga‘s deposition will be unsealed in the case.

As Radar exclusively reported, Dr. Luke previously battled to unseal Perry’s testimony, claiming it would be “one-sided” to keep it confidential.

Kesha has been fighting Dr. Luke in court since 2014, when she claimed he sexually assaulted her repeatedly over the course of her career.

Perry also worked with Dr. Luke on many of her hit songs, though she has denied claims he assaulted her as well.
