She’s always been open about the cosmetic procedures she’s undergone over the years.

But it seems Katie Price, 43, still struggles with needles despite having had multiple surgeries before.

The former glamour model was left wincing and temporarily bloodied when she had gold needling with radio-frequency on her face in Loughton, Essex recently, which was filmed for her YouTube channel in a video posted on Tuesday.

She exclaimed: ‘Needle! She said the word needle. Now you all know I’m petrified of needles. It better not hurt…I have numbing cream on’.

The member of staff explained that it was normal to bleed as the tiny needle moved across her skin.

Gold needling with radio-frequency is a skin-tightening procedure that stimulates the growth of the skin’s collagen and elastin by sending microneedling fractionated radio frequency energy deep into the skin’s layers, giving it a rejuvenated look.

The procedure left her skin looking momentarily red and blotchy before she wore an electronic white mask that produced a blue glow to complete the procedure.

Katie’s fiance Carl Woods, 31, joked off camera: ‘You look like you’re in the film Hush, with the mask on.’

Earlier in the film, Katie revealed she’s getting fat dissolving treatment in a bid to make her bum smaller after declaring she ‘hates it!’

The mother-of-five made the declaration as she underwent a body MOT, which included two colonic irrigations and fat dissolving treatment on her stomach.

Showing off her posterior in skintight black leggings, Katie told how that her bottom is next on the list for treatment as she declared: ‘I hate it, I want it smaller!’

Katie said of her and beau Carl’s day: ‘We’ve been put under the test today… Literally, top-to-toe is good.’

And as she admired her flatter stomach in the mirror, she remarked that she could ‘actually feel a difference’, after previously being hooked up to a machine as she began her fat dissolving process.

She added: ‘A few more treatments and that’ll be good, won’t it?’

At the end of the video, the former glamour model then held up a peach-shaped cushion to her posterior, joking: ‘Guys, do you think I should have one of these? A peachy Brazilian bum lift…’

She then clarified: ‘No! I’ve come here to get my bum smaller.’

Katie’s fat dissolving mission comes just months after she was reportedly forced to deny having a secret bum lift in lockdown after fans claimed they spotted ‘evidence’ in photos online.

Her rep confirmed to The Sun at the time: ‘Katie has not had any recent work to her posterior. The shape is completely natural, effects from gaining a few pounds.’

However, the former Loose Women star did undergo the procedure two years previously amid her multiple cosmetic surgeries that had left her bed bound.

Surgery: Katie previously unveiled her new face on Good Morning Britain while discussing her ‘addiction’ to plastic surgery (pictured in May 2019)

Katie had jetted to Turkey in April 2019 where as a Brazilian bumlift, she also had liposuction and a facelift.

Shortly after returning to the UK, Katie unveiled her new face on Good Morning Britain while discussing her ‘addiction’ to plastic surgery with Susanna Reid and former host Piers Morgan, claiming she looks like a ‘Space Invader’.

The star displayed her newly-smooth and taut visage, explaining that she had her own fat injected under her eyes and had the side of her face ‘lifted’ in a bid to look more youthful.

Katie, who was pictured with angry bruises, bloodied scars and a swollen face after going under the knife weeks before, appeared to be making a speedy recovery.

The mother-of-five also had an eye lift and eyelid lift, Brazilian bum lift and a tummy tuck. Detailing the procedures she had done, Katie said: ‘Ten days ago, I had liposuction and then I had my own fat put in my bum, I haven’t had implants [in my bum]’
