The 41-year-old star was spotted grinning from ear-to-ear while stealing a kiss from her beau outside of his New York City eatery earlier this month.
The Dawson’s Creek star has been a frequent guest at her chef-boyfriend’s popular, family owned, Italian restaurant, Emilio’s Ballato.

Katie was all-natural and makeup free as she stepped out to meet up with Emilio.
The star was seen giddy and giggling as she chatted with her new boyfriend and then leaned in for a sweet kiss.
The pair were snapped outside of his SoHo neighborhood hot spot, which serves up some of the best Italian-American food in the Big Apple. The Vitolo family are the proprietors of Emilio’s Ballato and Katie’s beau is the chef.
The intimate watering hole is a favorite among stars like President Barack Obama, Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Billy Joel.

Recently, Katie has been seen out and about quite a lot with chef Emilio but has yet to comment on their burgeoning relationship.
Katie and Emilio reportedly met for the first time last year, though it wasn’t until September that they launched their romance.
The Batman Begins star’s approach to love seems to have not endeared her to Emilio’s mother Lourdes, as Page Six reported in October that she was upset by their relationship.
DailyMail.com confirmed exclusively on September 10 that Emilio broke off his previous engagement with his live-in fiancée Rachel Emmons, 24, via text when handsy photos of him and Holmes were first published.

The handbag designer, who had been engaged to the restaurateur for 18 months, was left shocked and scrambling and had to move back home.
‘[Lourdes] thinks she brought him up better than that,’ an insider said. ‘She didn’t like how [Emilio] handled this at all.’
However, another source painted a less rosy portrait of Vitolo and Emmons’ relationship.
‘He and his fiancée were taking it slow, and it wasn’t working out,’ they said.

But the romantic nature of their relationship was unveiled later that week, when they were spotted kissing passionately at Manhattan’s Peasant Restaurant.
Prior to being romantically linked with Vitolo, Katie spent years dating Jamie Foxx, whom she split from in 2019.
