It appears old habits die hard, as the supermodel has been spotted smoking again – just weeks after she was seen puffing on a vape.
The 49-year-old was seen make-up free and grinning with a cigarette outside Cecconi’s restaurant in Mayfair at a family lunch.
Ms Moss was once hailed the ‘greatest smoker of all time’.
She boasted about a healthy new regime last year at the launch of her wellness brand Cosmoss, saying: ‘When I started to take care of myself things began to change.’
