Kate Middleton and Prince William Just Embarked on Another Vacation

After spending a few weeks in Mustique with their family, Prince William and Kate Middleton haver reportedly kicked off the second half of their vacation in Norfolk, England. The Duke and Duchess have a country house there, known as Anmer Hall, and they’re slated to reside there with their kids during their time off in August, according to Hello!.

Royal historian Cepe Smith pointed out that Prince William traveled to and from France (where he had an engagement yesterday) via the Royal Air Force station Marham in Norfolk, England.

Anmer Hall is located on the Queen’s Sandringham Estate (where the royal family often celebrates Christmas) and was actually given to William and Kate by Her Majesty following their wedding.

The couple lived there full-time following Princess Charlotte’s birth in 2015 because Prince William was still working with the East Anglian Air Ambulance, according to The Week. The property includes a swimming pool, a private tennis court, and 10 bedrooms. It’s also a no-fly zone, according to Hello!, which means the family will be able to relax in peace.

Their staycation in Norfolk won’t be anything like their recent tropical getaway to Mustique in the Caribbean. The Cambridges’ stays at Anmer Hall are usually homey and casual. The kids play in the yard, Kate does arts and crafts with them, and sometimes they watch an episode of Peppa Pig, Vanity Fair reports.

At some point, they’re also expected to visit the Queen at Balmoral Castle, her country home in Scotland, as is tradition with members of the royal family. The Cambridges usually swing by in early September, but since the kids will start school around that time, they’ll likely visit earlier, a source told People.
