Justin Bieber’s Highly-Anticipated New Album Will NOT Be Coming ‘Soon’ — Get The Detai

Way to get us all riled up, Justin Bieber!

Fans absolutely lost their s**t, after the Biebs made his triumphant and unexpected return to the stage during Ariana Grande‘s Coachella set in Indio, California over the weekend.

Not only did the 25-year-old absolutely kill his surprise cameo, he also surprised festival goers with an announcement that his next studio album is “coming soon.” But days later, the singer is changing his tune!

Now before you Beliebers get all bummed out, hear us out!!

Sources close to the Sorry crooner tell TMZ that Justin was absolutely caught up in the moment, when he said those three little words to an excited crowd of fans.

After all, like the man told us himself, the idea to crash Ari’s set was not planned far out in advance. On stage, Bieber explained it all, saying:

“So anyways, this is my first time onstage in like two years. I had to get my groove back, I had to get my swag back, you know what I’m saying? Thank you so much, Coachella, thank you so much, Ariana Grande… And by the way… album coming soon.”

Ahh, just look at those two!

We guess the energy and excitement of being back on stage after more than two years would likely drive anyone to get caught up, and spill a secret or two.

But here’s the good part that we promised you!

Insiders also told the publication that Hailey Bieber‘s man is working on a new sound, and he already has a few songs recorded in the vault. The sources share Justin feels centered right now, and he’s excited to get back on the studio grind, but a new album won’t likely come for another year. So, there was some truth to the announcement after all!

As we reported, the Purpose singer has unapologetically put his music career on hold while he continues to repair some of his “deep-rooted issues.” He’s regularly expressed his support for getting mental health treatment, and has prioritized that over everything else.

The Canadian star told his followers on social media that while he hears their impatient requests for new music, he had to take some time off and put himself first, for everyone’s sake:

“So I read a lot of messages saying that you want an album .. I’ve toured my whole teenage life, and early 20s, I realized and as you guys probably saw I was unhappy last tour and I don’t deserve that and you don’t deserve that. You pay money to come and have a lively energetic fun light concert and I was unable emotionally to give you that near the end of the tour.”

After the energy and enthusiasm he showed a few nights ago, it’s safe to say that extra personal time paid off.

We can’t wait to hear Justin’s new music! In the meantime, catch him advocating for us all to save the Earth, with Lil Dicky and more stars on their latest single together HERE.
