Judge Rinder shared an emotional hug with his Strictly Come Dancing partner Oksana Platero's family on the Ukraine border after a week of trying to find them.
The TV star has been on the border between Poland and the war-torn Eastern European country.
Documenting his search and meeting with other refugees throughout his journey reporting from the frontline, Judge Robert Rinder, 43, was finally able to share a selection of poignant images uniting with 33 year old Oksana's relatives.
Judge Rinder and Oksana, who started off on Dancing with the Stars, first met in 2016 on Strictly, reaching the quarter final of the BBC competition.
Upon hearing that his Ukrainian pro partner had been struggling to find her family after Russian president Vladimir Putin invaded the neighbouring country, the criminal barrister had to help.
As yet, it's unclear how Judge Rinder managed to track the family down or where they were located, but fans were over the moon to witness him tightly hugging Oksana's beloved grandmother Zoya and aunt Lidya.
In heart-wrenching snaps, the travelling Brit shared a sweet hug with Oksana's auntie, wrapping his arms around her and planting a kiss on her forehead.
While in another image, Judge Rinder held onto the dancer's grandmother as she lay under a duvet in her nightie, unable to travel without a wheelchair.
The TV star struggled to maintain his composure as heightened emotions filled the room, tears on everyone's faces.
He also shared an image of three other family members sat in the sunny open air in a forest.
Captioning the incredible post, Judge Rinder wrote: "Oksana's family: Auntie Lidya and Grandma Zoya."
The barrister continued: "We managed to reach them this morning with a wheelchair & some medical supplies.. Despite having nearly nothing.. they are 'grateful for everything'."
While plenty of celebrities have voiced their concerns over the Ukraine crisis, and tried to help with donations and other supplies, Judge Rinder has gone above and beyond to help his former Strictly partner.

Oksana has been unable to travel to Ukraine herself due to work commitments in America.
"Oksana Platero my Ukrainian dance partner on @bbcstrictly gifted me so much," Judge Rinder announced ahead of his trip last week. Right now her grandparents are a week into their struggle to find sanctuary in a safe country.
"I'll be trying to meet them on the border next week. They're just a few of the millions who need us."
At the time, the TV favourite wasn't sure where he'd be able to find the family members, but was hopeful they could make it across the border to Poland where he would be.
"Depends on where they make it to but I'll be at the Polish border from Monday. If they cross into Hungary the next step will be getting them to safety with their family," he added on Twitter.
