‘I find myself isolating’: Jennifer Aniston admits she often ‘spends time at home for so long that she loses touch with the real world’

She is hot on the promotional trail for her new TV series, The Morning Show. 

And when discussing how her character feels behind closed doors in an interview with Glamour, Jennifer Aniston has admitted she often finds herself ‘isolating’ and at risk of ‘losing touch with the real world.’

The star, 50 confessed: ‘I find myself at times isolating. Don’t get me wrong, I love being home. Home is a very comfortable, safe space for me. But if you stay home for too long you will become isolated and lose touch with what’s going on in the real world.’

Meanwhile, Jennifer’s co-star Reese Witherspoon, 43, was asked about how difficult her hustle, as a person in the spotlight, has been.

Admitting that it has been quite ‘challenging’, Reese explained that people ‘didn’t care’ when she was attempting to raise money for her new company.

Reese explained that she was left ‘vulnerable’ when trying to get people to ‘believe in her.’

When asked about how they felt about constantly being asked quizzed about the importance of women in Hollywood, Jennifer noted:  

‘II think it’s interesting that that’s the thought that people have. You know, that it’s not the norm that women are strong and powerful. We’re all powerful human beings!’  

Jennifer and Reese appear in Apple TV+’s The Morning Show, where Reese plays Bradley, an activist and journalist who lands a role on a morning talk show with seasoned co-host Alex, played by Jennifer.

With a two-season deal and a sizeable budget of $15 million per episode, it is Apple TV+ streaming service’s centrepiece – not least because of its stellar cast.

The show also features Steve Carrell, Billy Crudup and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.

Both Jennifer and Reese feature as executive producers on the drama, which launched on November 1.

The actresses first met on the set of Friends almost twenty years ago, with Reese playing Rachel Green’s demanding screen sister Jill over two episodes.
