Jenna Jameson has explained that a combination of strict dieting and looking at ‘before’ photos that she ‘hates’ helped her get back into incredible shape after her body changed following childbirth.
The 44-year-old former porn star and Celebrity Big Brother contestant is the mother of three children and has documented her struggles to reclaim her figure after the arrival of baby number three in April 2017.
Opening up about her impressive weight loss and retaining of her figure, Jenna has explained her top tips and secrets for achieving a peak figure.
And, indeed, it would seem looking back is the best way of moving forward when it comes to achieving the body of dreams, according to the former erotic actress.
“I cannot stress enough the importance of taking ‘before pics’ I HATED SEEING THESE PICTURES UNTIL I STARTED SEEING PROGRESS,” she stressed on Instagram.
She also explained that a Keto diet (the high-fat, love-carb, protein-plentiful diet) had also helped massively.
“So if you are beginning your journey or even thinking about #keto please take my advice and take jumping off pictures!” she said.
“Next step is to clean out your kitchen of garbage processed foods and inform your family that the household is building healthy bodies,” she went on – before adding that fans can expect more tips and updates in the future.
Indeed, Jenna soon after updated again with tips for keto beginners – using her own experience as gospel.
“I began by reorganizing my refrigerator and pantry. I threw away everything that was processed and packaged,” she said.
She advised fans to closely inspect the ingredients in shop-bought foods.
“You’d be sooo surprised how companies hide corn syrup, potato starch and a host of other fillers and sugar in their foods. This is the stuff that sticks to our saddlebags and muffin tops,” she continued.
She advised fans to change their shopping habits, revealing she buys “lots of beautiful produce, grass fed meats, and wild fish.”
She continued: “the shorter the ingredient list the better when it comes to food! I drink mostly water but I adore Fresca soda, it helps dampen my sweet tooth. I always keep my fridge stocked with lots of yummy options so I resist the urge to get take out.”
Jenna also advised limiting (or completely exterminating) all urges for dining out – and suggested getting family to help support, adding: “My husband is my biggest cheerleader.”
