Food on offer: She told how she had learnt more about diet during the trip

It comes after last week Victoria’s revelation that her favourite meal of all time is salt on whole grain toast left fans in disbelief.

Speaking to Ruth Rogers on the River Café’s Table 4 podcast the fashion designer admitted she was a restaurant’s ‘worst nightmare’ because she was happy with just a slice a break with a sprinkling of the seasoning.

Taking to Twitter to comment on her diet choices, one user wrote: ‘I bet dinner time is fun in her house, sort yourself out girl and start living on the edge by eating it with beans.’

Work out: She hopped on to her Instagram Stories in a sporty look to tell her followers about the trip

While she’s known for her dedicated beauty regimen, Victoria doesn’t wear makeup to conform to beauty standards, but rather to simply feel good about herself.

She told US Harpers Bazaar in February: ‘For me, I wear makeup to feel good about myself. I want to feel empowered, I want to feel like the best version of myself. I mean, wearing a mask doesn’t stop me from wearing my lipstick, you know?’

‘I don’t wear makeup for other people, I really do wear it for myself, it makes me feel good,’ Victoria continued.

‘Even if I go to the gym, I like to make sure that I’ve got my skincare on, I’ve got a bit of lipstick on, and I’ve got my mascara on. Even when I’m having a non-makeup day, I like to make a bit of an effort because because that’s just how I am.’

She revealed she also maximised her spare time in quarantine by experimenting with different beauty looks.

Victoria shares sons Brooklyn, 22, Romeo, 19, Cruz, 16, and daughter Harper, 10, with David, 46, who she wed in 1999.
