NXIVM sex cult leader Keith Raniere was denied bail after he was arrested for sex trafficking. Now, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusive details about his twisted habits and beliefs behind bars as he awaits trial.
According to CBC documentarian, Josh Bloch, Raniere has maintained some of the same habits he had at home in upstate New York as he does in federal prison.
“Keith used to walk 15 miles a day in Albany. He has mapped out some sort of calculation to ensure that he still walks 15 miles,” Bloch explained to Radar. “He walks the circumference of the space he has access to in the prison.”

A former neighbor confirmed Raniere’s walking habits, Radar reported. The neighbor recalled watching Raniere circle his neighborhood in Halfmoon, New York, with multiple women late at night.
Bloch recently launched a podcast titled “Uncover: Escaping NXIVM” based on Raniere’s alleged sex cult. The podcast producer spoke to Raniere’s lawyers about his current condition in prison.
Raniere’s lawyers revealed Raniere is “really adamant about his innocence,” said Bloch.
“He is convinced that he will be exonerated,” Bloch continued.

As Radar readers know, Raniere and four others have been arrested in the racketeering case, including Smallville actress Allison Mack.
Mack previously admitted to creating the cult’s branding practice, which burned Mack and Raniere’s initials into their alleged slaves’ flesh using cauterizing irons.
Bloch’s new podcast features interviews with former NXIVM member, Sarah Edmondson, who has publicly admitted to being branded by Mack.
