On Monday, the presenter, 52, reunited with her Good Morning Britain co-hosts Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan as she admitted she didn’t plan on losing two stone by ditching sugar and caffeine before taking part in the ITV competition series.
The breakfast host, 52 – who was joined by co-star Myles Stephenson – was left in stitches as her husband Derek Draper, also 52, called into the studio to give the Rak-Su star, 28, permission to go on a date with his surprise crush Kate.

Last year, the Smooth Radio presenter revealed she embarked on a lifestyle overhaul after giving birth to her youngest child William, 10, and has since swapped sweet treats for healthy avocados.
Admitting she dropped nearly 30 pounds unintentionally, the media personality shared: ‘I don’t think I was meant to lose so much weight before.’
The blonde beauty – who also shares daughter Darcey, 13, with Derek – said she lost another stone after living off a diet of rice and beans Down Under: ‘I think it was a good stone.’
Kate stunned fans when she showcased her age-defying looks on the show, particularly when she slipped into a selection of flattering swimsuits during her bathing sessions.

On feeling apprehensive about using the outdoor shower at first, the mother-of-two confessed: ‘I said I wouldn’t use the waterfall shower and what you don’t realise that that’s the only place you can have a shower so you’ll stink.’
During their time on the show, singer Myles shocked viewers when he admitted he fancies Kate and has slept with women older than her.
The Berkshire native’s long-term partner previously admitted he was ‘jealous and paranoid’ over Myles’ playful crush, but insisted he now looks at it with a different lens.

A humble Myles responded: ‘Well Derek doesn’t have to worry because he said he’s better looking than me, I think we’re about the same!’
When the pair’s children were asked who they’d rather have as a dad, their cheeky kids said: ‘Myles hands down!’
Elsewhere in the interview, the 2007 Strictly contestant and the Rotate hitmaker insisted that while most of this year’s I’m A Celeb contestants are still close, they reckon former Olympian Caitlyn won’t keep in contact with the group.
Myles shared: ‘Genuinely we’ve got a WhatsApp group, I was closest to Ro-Ro [Roman Kemp], Kate and Ian Wright.

‘I’ve got Caitlyn’s number, but I reckon she’s blocked us all and gone back!’, he added, before Kate reasoned: ‘You can’t pick cockroaches from someone’s bum and not talk to them [again].’
Further into the interview, the I’m Feeling You singer discussed his grandmother’s recent death aged 89.
He explained: ‘She passed away on Friday, the day I got back. I’m kind of content she held on for that long until I got back. She taught me how to cook, she taught me a lot, I spent a lot of time with her and my grandad. I hope she’s [proud].’

The pair enjoyed a successful time in the competition as Kate finished in fourth place, while Roman, 26, narrowly missed winning the crown in third place
