One could be forgiven for guessing the topic of conversation as Boy George crossed path’s with jungle nemesis Matt Hancock’s girlfriend following his departure from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The Culture Club singer was the fourth star to exit the purpose built camp on Tuesday evening, just hours after entertaining the camp with a karaoke version of his biggest hit – Karma Chameleon.
And he was promptly whisked off to the Gold Coast’s lavish JW Marriott Resort & Spa, where he was serenaded with the track by former campmates Scarlette Douglas, Sue Cleaver and Charlene White before meeting businesswoman Gina Coladangelo for the first time.

George, 61 – reduced to tears following Hancock’s late arrival in camp – appeared to hit it off with the MP’s girlfriend as they crossed paths outside their luxurious temporary accommodation.
Coladangelo looked starstruck while chatting to the pop icon as he received a congratulatory round of applause after emerging from his chauffeur driven car.
Just hours earlier George led the stars in a singalong of Culture Club’s hit single Karma Chameleon during a trip to the camp’s legendary Jungle Arms pub.

After missing out on the chance to hear the result of England’s World Cup match against Iran, the camp were thrilled to have a surprise treat, and even took part in a game of Beer Pong to win crisps and snacks.
Each of the celebrities then took it in turns on the karaoke, and getting all of the group singing together Boy George led a sing-along to Culture Club’s 1983 hit.
There was also a jukebox in the Jungle Arms and so Babatúndé led the campmates in the ‘Candy/ Electric Slide’ dance for Scarlette.
Jill Scott said: ‘I love the Jungle Arms, it’s my favourite pub!’

But viewers were left cringing after watching Matt belt out Queen song I Want To Break Free during the ensuing karaoke session.
In October 2017 he delivered an enthusiastic rendition of Queen’s Don’t Stop Me Now at the Tory party conference alongside Therese Coffey and Anne Milton.
And on Tuesday night Matt once again belted out a Queen hit, with viewers taking to Twitter to share their very honest opinions on his performance.
Some were left cringing at the former Health Secretary’s performance, joking that they would be ‘praying’ to never see him take to the mic again.
Others re-shared footage of Matt, 44, belting out another Queen song when he took to the karaoke stage back in 2017.

Earlier in the episode, Hollyoaks star Owen Warner struggled to hide his devastation, after missing out on the chance to hear the score from England’s opening World Cup match.
The Three Lions earned an impressive 6-2 victory over Group B rivals Iran in their first match at the tournament in Qatar, but this year’s celebrities are still clueless after once again failing to answer the Deals On Wheels question correctly.
For the latest challenge, Owen and Chris Moyles were tasked with completing a puzzle based on their fellow campmates playing charades, but despite earning the Dingo Dollars they missed out on the coveted prize.
Explaining the rules, Chris said: ’16 numbers on the board, a load of clues on the floor and a TV where we can see our campmates acting out charades.’
Boy George acted out ‘Happy worm’, and this then earned them a puzzle piece to put on the board. The pair needed to complete the full puzzle to earn the Dingo Dollars.
Of Matt Hancock’s efforts, Owen said: ‘When Matt Hancock’s acting you just have to soak it in.’

The Hollyoaks star got him to keep acting out ‘relaxed pigeon’ over and over despite already having guessed what it was.
Once they finally earned the Dingo Dollars, Chris and Owen paid a visit to Kev, where they learned the treat up for grabs was an envelope with the England vs Iran score in it and chocolate brownies.
Struggling to hide his excitement at hearing England’s result, Owen said: ‘You seen that?! Come on!’

Nasty! For the task, the celebrities had to carry glasses of drink using their mouths over to the correct pots to win the bar snacks

Referring to the campmates needing to get the question right, he said: ‘If they’ve not got this…’
Chris then clocked that the envelope was in there and shouted: ‘Oh my god have you seen what it says! I thought you just meant the brownies!’
The camp was asked: Which of these had the largest UK viewing figures: The Men’s Euro 2020 final, the Women’s Euro 2022 final, or the Queen’s Funeral?
While Owen and Chris said: ‘Got to be the Queen’s funeral’, which was the answer the camp chose, it turns out more viewers tuned into for England’s Euro 2020 final.
Chris yelled: ‘No!’
A devastated Owen added: ‘I need a moment, honestly. That’s actually devastating. Ah mate, I’m gutted.’

The trio, alongside Jill, had been having a discussion about generational differences between parents when talk soon turned to money and the hardships they faced years previously.
And while Matt confessed his family ‘nearly lost everything’ after his step-father’s business ‘went bust’, George told how his ‘gambler’ father blew £10,000 on greyhound racing.
After Jill had remarked that their parents were from a generation of ‘don’t show any weakness’, George recalled fearing the bailiffs coming while growing up amid his father’s difficulty with money.

He said: ‘My dad was a builder, owned his own firm. He was a gambler. He would take £10,000 and put it on a dog.
‘Dad would say, ‘Don’t answer the door… the bailiffs, or the gas man was coming…”
Seann then turned to the former health secretary, asking: ‘Did you have the bailiffs round yours Matt?’
To which Matt replied: ‘When the business nearly went bust we nearly lost everything.
‘You know when you type your postcode into the internet and it brings up your address? My stepdad wrote that software. The business started in ’88 and in the early 90s is when it nearly went bust.’
The politician went on: ‘We were going to lose the house, both my step dad and mum were going to lose their jobs. That was pretty harrowing. I was about 14.’

Speaking after his exit, George told hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly: ‘I have looked at myself for two-and-a-half weeks and it is horrifying. I had to forget who I was and let it go, it was quite interesting to get over it.
‘I am in the jungle with no control. I am looking forward to being back in control.’
He added: ‘Being really honest, I am happy to go today. It’s not something I thought I would ever do but it’s a lot tougher than I thought. I think it really makes you appreciate what you have and the people that you love.’
The singer said he would like to see former rugby player Mike or ex footballer Jill win.
Of Mike, he said: ‘He’s been the most stoic, he’s done the most. I think he’s much wilder than he lets on,’ before adding: ‘I think Mike or even Jill.’

Agreeing with the public vote for George to leave, one person wrote on Twitter: ‘Hilarious! He’s out because he’s been relentlessly spiteful and nasty. It’s not complicated.’
Referring to politician Matt Hancock remaining on the reality show longer than George, another person tweeted: ‘Boy George learns he’s LESS popular than the Health Secretary after a major pandemic! Hilarious.’
Another viewer who was pleased to see George go wrote: ‘I am glad that boy George is out. I believe in kindness and I want to see people being kind to Matt Hancock.’
