And, Holly Willoughby took to Instagram on Thursday to show off her bronzed pins in a dazzling red mini dress as she gets into the Christmas spirit while filming ‘something festive.’ 

The This Morning host, 39, looked sensational in the form-fitting sequin frock which boasted a feathered hem and cuffs.

Holly’s short dress from 16Arlington featured a high neckline which elegantly balanced out its short hemline.

The TV host’s stylist Danielle Whiteman boosted the presenter’s height with a barely there pair of strappy black Stuart Weitzman stilettos as she posed for photographs. 

Ciler Peksah styled her blonde tresses were styled into an effortless low chignon bun, with a few strands left to hang down, and Patsy O’Neill enhanced her flawless beauty. 

Holly captioned her glamorous snap: ‘Filming something festive tonight… coming soon… Dress by @16arlington shoes by @stuartweitzma,’ and added an array of Christmas emojis.

Holly’s festive filming came just a day after This Morning viewers were left absolutely livid when they tuned in to see a Christmas tree on the set.

The show opened with hosts Holly and Phillip Schofield racing toy cars around the studio floor, stood in front of a pine tree bedecked with ornaments and twinkling lights.

And before any explanation could be given, viewers were on Twitter raging about the fact that it is October, and Halloween hasn’t even happened yet.   

‘The f**king Christmas tree is up!’ someone fumed, while someone else despaired: ‘Oh, oh Jesus, no! Is that a Christmas tree I see on set?!’

Another declared: ‘I refuse to watch anything that has a Christmas tree and decorations in October!’

Absolutely raging! Before any explanation could be given, viewers were on Twitter raging about the fact that it is October, and Halloween hasn’t even happened yet

‘As if there’s a Christmas tree on set!’ a fourth ranted.

But the panic was unfounded as the tree was merely up for a segment about toys to give this Christmas.

Later in the show, the tree had been removed and replaced with much more seasonal Halloween decor.
