Heavily pregnant Lauren Goodger shows off her burgeoning bump as she discusses feeling ‘connected’ with her baby through reflexology
She is heavily pregnant with her second child.
And Lauren Goodger, who is also mum to ten-month-old Larose, showed off her burgeoning bump in a recent Instagram Story, while discussing how reflexology is helping her feel connected to the baby.
The former TOWIE star, 35, looked radiant as she placed her hands over her growing tummy, smiling for the camera as she penned a candid message.

The reality star praised reflexology – the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands) – and recalled how the process caused her waters to break the first time round.
‘She can tell so much from the feet about the body and its honestly made me feel so connected with the baby…’ Lauren began.
‘When I had Larose I had @lrussellreflex do my last session to bring on labour and my waters broke 5 mins after my session!
‘Honestly it’s helped me today so much that 1 hour of relaxing and breathing and feeling connected with unborn just the best and love my sessions leading to birth.
‘It’s all so true how connected the feet are is crazy [hearts]’, she wrote.

The Instagram Story comes as Lauren revealed her plans to give birth to her second child in the annexe of her house while her baby daughter Larose sleeps next door.
The TV personality, who shares Larose with boyfriend Charles Drury and is expecting her second child with him – has opened up about her plans for a second home birth.
She told New! magazine: ‘This time I’m really worried about Larose, but hopefully she’ll be asleep.

‘But I’m going to do it [give birth] in the annexe – it’ll be like a stable. Thank God it’s double-glazed!
‘I’m going to get a smaller birthing pool, Charlie’s going to be there and my midwife and doula. The good thing about a home birth is you can have a shower and a cup of tea after.’
She also chatted about how she was finding being pregnant while looking after a ten-month old.
The beauty said: ‘I haven’t had my nails done in God knows how long, I have my hair brown as it’s easier – my lifestyle’s changed massively. I walk like an old woman and I can’t get up. I just feel like a big ball!’
But Lauren says she doesn’t plan on using a nanny once she has two babies under one, saying she wants to look after her children ‘as a family’.
