Halsey and John Mayer want everyone to know that they’re not dating!
Rumors began spreading last month when fans noticed comments on each other’s Instagram accounts.
The 41-year-old entertainer invited Halsey, 24, on his “Current Mood” Instagram Live show to address the rumors.
They then played the “Are They Dating” game and the answer to the question was “no!”
“The fact that we’re both alpha types, while not prohibitive, would make a romantic relationship difficult, especially when compounded by the fact that we’re both highly driven and creative artists who value our independence,” John said on the show.
“For being my not-boyfriend, you really do know me so well,” Halsey added.
