Gogglebox favourites Jenny Newby and Lee Riley have insisted they are not leaving Gogglebox anytime soon, after it was mistakenly announced.
Lee and Jenny responded to speculation they were leaving the Channel 4 show after Jo Whiley mistakenly revealed the pair had quit the series.
The Gogglebox besties responded on Twitter after a fan tweeted them to ask if the announcement was true.
The fan penned: "@leegogglebox firstly, Chris Martin of @coldplay has just said on @jowhiley on @BBCRadio2 in concert that you guys are his fave on #Gogglebox However, Jo then said you guys were leaving?? What the??!"

Lee, 52, and 65 year old Jenny responded on their joint Twitter account with: "Well Jo is totally wrong" followed by a string of laughing face emojis.
A blushing Jo then responded to the chain with: "I am SOOOO Sorry!!!
"I completely thought I’d read you were leaving, I’m sure I did! Maybe I dreamt it. I’m really happy to hear that though. Love you two, just like Chris" followed by a heart emoji.
Jenny, who recently wowed fans with a throwback photo of herself with a perm, and Lee are firm favourites on the Channel 4 show.
It comes after Jenny recently stunned fans after revealing she eats the peel from oranges.
In a clip from Friday 26 November's show, were seen sitting in their usual spots on Lee's iconic sofa as Lee peeled a tangerine.
Jenny turned to Lee and said: "I’ll have the skin." Not impressed, Lee replied: "You’re not eating the skin."
"I like the skin, you know I do." Jenny insisted as Lee looked away and rolled his eyes and handed her the skin.
Jenny said "thank you" and begun to chew the orange peel and said: "I ate skin on the other one."
She added: "Ooh this is really lovely" as Lee looked unimpressed as she insisted: "It’s good for you, you know."
Lee replied: "You’re like a wheelie bin, here you are," as he handed her more of the peel.

The hilarious duo then go back to watching the TV. Meanwhile, fans reacted on Twitter.
One said: "No. It feels like eating a lemon peeler."
Another fan could see where she was coming from: "No, but I do eat lemon zest, so fair enough."
Most were not impressed, another penned: "The skin's horrible ew." While one agreed with: "No way, it's disgusting."
