She explained: ‘I have said that I’m not promoting any diet injections or anything like that.
‘I kind of regret doing it but I feel like sometimes you’re in such a desperate place and you want to lose weight but actually I’ve come away from all the diet promotion because I wish we could get rid of that word diet.
‘It is so important that we keep getting that message home to people, that beauty is more than just these pumped-up faces, it’s not all about that.’

Gemma shocked fans again on Friday when she posed for a new PETA campaign with a skinned fox in an attempt to end fur trade in the UK.
In the image, Gemma is seen holding the fox carcass aloft under the tagline ‘here’s the rest of your fur coat’ – and as part of the campaign, the TOWIE star is calling on Prime Minister Boris Johnson to bring an end to the ‘barbaric’ practice.
She said in a new video: ‘You may have heard I’m celebrating my 40th birthday. Yes, that’s four decades of the GC. And you know who else just turned 40? PETA US. That’s four decades of campaigning for animals.
‘From disrupting fashion catwalk shows to holding endless demonstrations, PETA has helped people see all over the world just how disgusting it is to wear animals.
‘It’s shown us that animals in the fur industry are kept in cramped cages before they’re killed in the most horrific ways – all for a coat or some trim on a jacket.’
