‘I was robbed of an ideal pregnancy!’ Ferne McCann says she has ‘learned from her mistakes’ after her jailbird ex’s drama marred her time as an expectant mother
Ferne McCann believes the experience of being pregnant was somewhat ‘robbed’ from her, due to the stressful circumstances she faced at the time.
The former TOWIE personality, 29, is the mother to two-year-old daughter Sunday, whose father is covicted acid attacker Arthur Collins.
Ferne had been dating Arthur before he injured 22 people in a nightclub attack and was consequently jailed for 20 years, all while the First Time Mum star was expecting their child.

‘Everything you think an ideal pregnancy would be, was robbed from me,’ Ferne told The Sun. ‘I made some silly decisions in my twenties that I beat myself up about, but now I’ve realised that that is what your twenties are for.
‘We all make mistakes early and we learn from them. I was giving a lot of time and effort to people that were not giving it back to me and I’ve stopped doing that now.
‘Now I know myself, I know what I want and, more importantly, I know what I don’t want!’
Ferne has since thrown herself into fitness and raises Sunday as a single mother.

Last week, Ferne enjoyed a well deserved break and travelled to the Cotswolds for some R&R.
‘A gorgeous little country retreat with my besties & our kids. Holiday in our own country has never felt so good!’ she posted to Instagram while away.
Meanwhile, Ferne excitedly revealed she was back shooting a new series of First Time Mum in an Instagram video.
The star has been keeping followers in the loop around a secret project she has been working on, and revealed the cameras had returned to document her latest career venture.
Clad in a white top and a face mask, she said: ‘Guess what darlings, the girls are back! Day one of filming for First Time Mum which is very exciting, yes!’

Also this month, Ferne announced her new venture Embodyment, which is set to launch on August 5 – although she is yet to unveiled the nature of the business.
The TV star is a fitness lover and recently unveiled the results of her three week fitness challenge by sharing comparative before and after snaps alongside each other.
The mum-of-one assured fans she used ‘no editing and no filters’ to enhance her gym honed physique.
