A doctor is suing Gwyneth Paltrow for $3.1 million for her part in a horror skiing accident.
Eye specialist Terry Anderson has given a new interview claiming the GOOP founder was ‘reckless and hysterical’ moments before smashing into him on the slopes.
Anderson alleges that he received brain and other injuries in the accident at the ritzy Deer Valley resort in Utah back in 2016.
He says that the Oscar winner was ‘yelling like King Kong’ before she allegedly ploughed into him.

“You hear whoops of joy and delight but this was just absolutely hysterical and it was so close behind me that I knew something bad was going to happen,” he reveals.
Anderson says Paltrow was hurtling ‘out of control’ and struck him ‘harder than I’ve ever been hit.’
As he lay unconscious she reportedly said nothing before ‘dusting herself off and skiing away’ from the scene.

He filed a suit at Utah Summit County stating he suffered “serious brain injuries pain and suffering loss of enjoyment of life and emotional distress.”
Anderson also alleges the GOOP founder violated various ski codes and she does not deny being involved in the accident.
However, her legal team believes that he crashed into her and that she was not a fault.
Deer Valley Resort and three other employees are also being sued in the suit.
