Christine McGuinness suffers a panic attack as she gets TRAPPED in a lift… as model reveals she’s claustrophobic in hysterical obscenity-laden video of the ordeal

Christine McGuinness got stuck in a lift on Tuesday and took to Instagram to document the ordeal.

The model, 32, was in the hotel lift when it juddered to a halt five floors  up, leaving her trapped.

Despite allegedly suffering a panic attack, thanks to being claustrophobic, Christine whipped out her phone to film herself going through it.

She posted an obscenity-laden video to Instagram, charting her meltdown, for her fans to seemingly enjoy.

The wife of Top Gear host Paddy McGuinness, cried: ‘Okay – I am not joking this is serious – I am actually stuck in a lift. Genuinely, I’m stuck in a lift… it is not moving!’

She was then seen in a further video, filming the next chapter in the elevator saga.

‘I am still here.. i am f**king sweating… I really don’t like small spaces. I am stuck on floor five – it is not even moving. I am pressing the buttons,’ she relayed.

Another update saw her tell the camera: ‘I am still in the lift. It is moving but what happens is, its moving up and down and the doors won’t open.

‘I am on the fifth floor and it is stuck. What the f**k!’

Christine then started to become hysterical, ranting: ‘I am going to be stuck in here! I am sweating. I am going to start panicking. I am going to get off my phone and call the hotel. I swear to God!’

When someone arrived to prize open the doors and retrieve her, the mother-of-three reported: ‘I’m out it’s okay! F**king hate lifts!’

Christine recently claimed that lockdown has been ‘the most testing time’ for her family amid the coronavirus pandemic.

She spoke candidly to the Daily Star about life in quarantine with husband Paddy, and their kids – twins Leo and Penelope, seven, and daughter Felicity, four.

She admitted: ‘It’s been a really testing time, probably the most testing time we have ever been through as a family.

Struggle: Christine went on to add that while she’s had ‘amazing’ moments with husband Paddy in lockdown there were times when they ‘both just wanted to run a million miles

‘It’s quite common with autism for them to show regression when things change and they are going through a lot of change at the minute.

‘Their speech has suffered, it’s not as good as it was. The eye contact, trying to get their engagement in any kind of activity has been more difficult.’

Christine went on to add that although she’s had ‘amazing’ moments while spending more time with husband Paddy in lockdown, she said there were times when they ‘both just wanted to run a million miles.’
