Christie Brinkley has offered her divorce expertise to Wendy Williams, who is in the midst of a highly publicized split from Kevin Hunter.
While Brinkley was appearing as a guest on “The Wendy Williams Show” on Tuesday morning, Williams brought up Brinkley’s four marriages — and four divorces.
Brinkley, 65, responded by saying, “And listen, if you need any help with lawyers, I can tell you … I have been through the entire phone book of lawyers.”
“I will whisper to you during the break,” Williams then said. “I have one, but I want to hear what you say.”
Brinkley was previously married to François Allaux, Billy Joel, Richard Taubman and Peter Cook. Though she said she would never get married again, Brinkley would like to find a relationship.
“I would love to fall in love again,” she said. “I love being in love … a little too much.”
As Page Six exclusively revealed, Williams filed for divorce from Hunter last Thursday after nearly 22 years of marriage. Hunter finally broke his silence on the split early Tuesday and appeared to reference his alleged affair with Sharina Hudson, who recently gave birth to a baby.
“I am not proud of my recent actions and take full accountability and apologize to my wife, my family and her amazing fans,” Hunter said in his statement. “I am going through a time of self-reflection and am trying to right some wrongs. No matter what the outcome is or what the future holds, we are still The Hunter Family and I will continue to work with and fully support my wife in this business and through any and all obstacles she may face living her new life of sobriety, while I also work on mine.”
