The high-profile artist – who has worked with stars ranging from Lady Gaga to Mandy Moore to Sophie Turner – let John apply the tattoo stencil straight onto Chrissy’s spine.

Then the mother-of-two struck a pose while dropping down her top to look at the design’s placement before making things permanent.

This isn’t the only meaningful tattoo Chrissy’s gotten in recent months.

Teigen and Legend both honored their late son Jack by getting his name inked on the inside of their wrists in November, two-months after the infant’s tragic death.

‘JACK @chrissyteigen @johnlegend My heart is with you, sending you all the love!’ captioned Stone, who tattooed the late child’s name on John and Chrissy’s wrists.
