Casey Batchelor opens up about losing her baby weight as she launches new 7 Day Blitz programme

She has become a fitness inspiration for many after losing four stone after her first pregnancy and two and a half stone after her second, and now Casey Batchelor has opened up about her health and fitness journey.

The mum-of-two, who introduced her second child Sadie in February with a gorgeous shoot, stunned her fans when she lost her baby weight the first time round, and now she's done it again after the birth of her second child.

When asked if she felt the pressure to lose the baby weight for the second time, the 36 year old told OK! Online: "The second time I did a bit yes, because I thought, people are thinking: "Can she do it again?'

"The first time, it was just so accidental how it happened, I just put my yoga training into action and created some moves with HIIT workouts and it worked for me.

"But the second time round, because I lost four stone the first time, I did feel like people were saying, "Is she gonna do it?" but I did it in my own time," the television personality expressed.

Casey went on to explain that she lost her weight in a healthy way and took it at her own pace.

"None of it was a quick fix, none of it was taking shakes or taking diet pills, it was all done healthily and at a steady pace, it was never done really quick."

After using and creating her Yoga Blitz programme following the birth of her first child Florence, the Celebrity Big Brother star has launched a new plan called the 7 Day Blitz programme.

"I wanted to come with a fresh, new routine in January to mix it up. It's a quick program for seven days to get you kick-started back into fitness after eating all the Christmas pudding at Christmas time and drinking all the mulled wine," the brunette beauty explained.

The plan has a variety of different exercises including HIIT workouts combined with yoga moves, and has a calorie controlled meal plan which even has spaghetti bolognese and pizza on it!

"You can eat what you want, but it's about portion control. It's just a healthy, nutritional, balanced diet, it's just calorie counted."
