Carrie Underwood is so dedicated to staying fit she jogs in place when doing laundry says her trainer: ‘She sneaks in exercises when she can’
Carrie Underwood was rounder when she was a contestant on American Idol.
But these days the 37-year-old Cry Pretty crooner has said she will not let her body look like that again as she relies on daily workouts and healthy eating to keep her lean, as she stated in her book Find Your Path.
On Wednesday her personal trainer Eve Overland added to that as she talked to UsWeekly about how the Grammy winning artist is so dedicated to staying fit that she will even run in place when doing her laundry.

‘She is dedicated to living as healthy as possible the for 52 weeks of the year,’ her trainer said.
The husband of Mike Fisher and mother to Isaiah, five, and Jacob, one, ‘sneaks in exercises when she can or just as she moves about in her everyday life,’ said the trainer.
‘Carrie has been known to do walking lunges around the house and jog in place while doing laundry,’ added the fitness expert.

And her top workout is running.
‘When she hops on the treadmill or takes a jog outside in the sunshine, it dials in her mind,’ said Eve.
And that ‘gets her pumped up for the day.’
Underwood also uses her fit52 fitness app that she created with Overland.

The star likes the Card Game. ‘It is a fun and easy workout that you can do anywhere.
‘Each exercise is a suit, and the card you draw is the number of reps you perform.’
And Eve has a gentle approach: ‘My philosophy is: Do what you can when you can, and don’t beat yourself up.’

In April she posted a photo to Instagram of her retired pro hockey husband lying on the ground as he bench pressed their sons Jacob and Isaiah above him, one of in each hand.
The star captioned the photo of all her favorite boys: ‘Mornings at the Fisher house.’
She and Fisher, 39, tied the knot in 2010, welcoming Isaiah, five, in 2015 and Jacob, one, last year.
Underwood recently posted a selfie to encourage her 9.6million followers to practice social distancing.
She captioned the photo: ‘Thanks for the challenge, @dollyparton! #IStayHomeFor my boys.’

The Before He Cheats artist posted a video earlier this month with Fisher, urging their fellow Tennessee residents to stay home.
Fisher said: ‘To help the health of our community, we’re asking everyone to stay at home as much as possible and practice social distancing.’
Underwood added in the video: ‘That’s right, working together we can stop the spread of COVID-19.’

Last week, she was featured in ACM Presents: Our Country, a country music television special with remote appearances.
The seven-time Grammy winner broadcasted a performance her 2018 track Drinking Alone from her couch.
She prefaced the song: ‘So, this song actually seems to be striking a chord more than ever with a lot of you these days, especially while so many of us are riding things out at home.
‘Just remember, though, we’re not really alone. We are alone together. And that is exactly how we’re going to get through this mess.’
