After outgoing “Real Housewives of New York” star Carole Radziwill was spotted lunching with a top ABC executive near the network’s headquarters, insiders became convinced that Radziwill was set to join “The View.”
But network sources tell Page Six that she’s not getting a spot on the daytime talk show (which is arguably the only show in town that comes with as much drama as the one she’s leaving).
Apparently, the exec in question is an old pal of Radziwill’s from when Radziwill worked for late newsman Peter Jennings.
“They were just catching up,” said a source. “Nothing more.”
