Sure, Cardi B may have lost her highly publicized Fashion Week fight against rival Nicki Minaj, but you’ve gotta give the I Like It rapper credit… she stands by her choices!
According to TMZ, the Bodak Yellow star regrets nothing about her decision to fight the rapper this past weekend, and if given the opportunity, she would do it again — shoe throwing, and all!
Considering the new momma has a history of throwing shoes, that part is not necessarily a surprise — but it’s also pretty clear that the beef between these two rappers is serious, and Cardi will do whatever she feels like it takes to protect her daughter’s honor.
Sources claim it’s that part of this whole thing — Miz Minaj reportedly talking about Kulture (though she denies) — that has Cardi so heated.
Plus, it hasn’t helped after the fact that the Chun-Li star hasn’t exactly, uh, been shy about piling on against Cardi, anyways. Talk about stoking the flames of the fire!!!
Now, that doesn’t mean the 25-year-old is seeking another fight; sources say she’s content to leave Nicki alone if Minaj leaves her alone, blah blah blah. But if the opportunity presents itself again… well, look out for flying shoes!!
And if there is a next time, maybe the police will decide to get involved — and that’s not a good look for anybody.
