Caprice, 48, puts on a VERY leggy display in cut-off denim hotpants as she grapples with her wheelie bin while taking the rubbish out

  • Here’s how to help people impacted by Covid-19

Life as we know it may well have ground to a halt for the foreseeable future, but domestic duties continued as usual for Caprice Bourret on Monday morning.

The American model laboured with a large green wheelie bin while taking her rubbish out as the UK entered a seventh week of precautionary lockdown in the fight against coronavirus COVID-19.

Sporting a black vest top, cut-off denim hotpants and flip-flops, Caprice, 48, was dressed  appropriately for the rising spring temperatures as she navigated her bin onto the footpath outside her London property.

Make way: Life as we know it may well have ground to a halt for the foreseeable future, but domestic duties continued as usual for Caprice Bourret on Monday morning

Showing off her legs, the California-born model ensured she caught the eye while conducting the mundane household chore.

Accessorizing her simple, understated look, Caprice wore a single gold necklace bearing her own name, while her blonde hair was neatly styled with a centre parting.

The model – a mother to young sons Jett and Jax, both six – is currently adhering to social distancing guidelines by remaining at home during the ongoing pandemic, which has so far claimed 247,838 lives.

It’s understood that her family have all suffered from coronavirus type symptoms over recent months, leaving Caprice wondering if she has had the virus despite being asymptomatic.

Speaking in March, a source close to the model told MailOnline: ‘Caprice is being very careful with her family as she fears she might be a carrier of Covid-19.

‘Her whole family and babysitter all had symptoms back in February which has been a big worry. They were tired all of the time.

‘In fact, they slept sporadically throughout the day and over 12 hours at night, they had temperatures…’

The source said Caprice had been particulary worried about Jettt.

They said: ‘Jett hit 41 degrees, loss of smell and taste, burning eyes and a continuous cough. She is concerned also that she has not been sick at all.

‘She doesn’t understand as she took care of everyone when they were unwell. Maybe she is immune or simply asymptomatic. Nobody will know for sure until tests are available.’

The recommended time of self-isolation for anyone who has exhibited symptoms is 14 days – everyone else should only leave the house once a day to pick up food or exercise.
