Camila Cabello has heard enough of pregnancy rumors. The “Havana” singer was recently hit with speculations that she may be expecting a baby with boyfriend Matthew Hussey, but was quick to pour cold water on the buzz with one fiery comment on her Instagram account.
On Friday, October 26, the 21-year-old singer cleared the air by writing, “Guys don’t be crazy.” She went on to insinuate that her touring with Taylor Swift around the United States was to blame. “I’VE BEEN TOURING AMERICA EATING DELICIOUS FOODS,” she noted, before warning Instagram trolls, “LEAVE ME AND MY BELLY ALONE!”
Camila served as Taylor’s opening act on the latter’s “Reputation Stadium Tour” that was kicked off in Glendale on May 8. The former member of Fifth Harmony was also busy headlining her own “Never Be the Same Tour”. It began on April 9 in Vancouver, Canada and was concluded on October 23 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
As for the pregnancy speculation, Camila got caught up in it after she uploaded on Instagram a picture of her leaning against an orange backdrop while seemingly cradling her stomach. To accompany the photo, the “Crying in the Club” singer wrote, “You’re still the only thing I did right.”
Her post immediately got fans trying to read between the lines and coming up with the pregnancy theory. One follower threw in the million dollar question, “Are you pregnant? Not saying you’re fat, but that hand on your belly…” Another fan wrote, “DIOS MIO you’re pregnant? Oh god,” while a third user asked, “She’s not pregnant…is she?”
While many were quick to point out the possible pregnancy, others were quick to shoot down the idea. A user under the name of haley.abernathy commented, “She is not pregnant first of all. Second it’s her body, and she can pose for a picture how ever she wants to. Her putting her hand on her belly does not mean that she is pregnant, so please stop talking about her like that.” Another fan noted, “To anyone here she’s not pregnant and just plz leave her alone thank you and have a nice day.”
Camila was first romantically linked to dating coach Matthew in February 2018. The two were at the time spotted enjoying a romantic beach date in Mexico. Earlier in October, Camila treated fans to a simple public display of affection. The songstress relented to fans’ request for her to kiss her 31-year-old boyfriend while going through security at an airport in Santiago, Chile.
